How an enquiry works
1. You tell us what you need. A short note is enough to start: which plant is concerned, which membrane type is installed and when the replacement is due. If you already have the details, use the request form right away.
2. We assess the situation. What matters is membrane type, quantity, condition and any possible contamination of the material. This assessment is at the core of our work, because it determines the correct recovery route.
3. You receive a reply with the next step. Depending on the case this is a quote, a question about the analysis, or directly the scheduling of collection.
4. We organise logistics and documentation. Labelling of the modules, collection at your site, recovery through a route bound by EU waste legislation, and a confirmation documenting the proper recovery of the material.
What you can expect from us
We reply promptly. If a plant is down unexpectedly, note it in the subject line and we will treat the request with priority.
