Tell us what needs to be recycled. We take care of the rest: assessment, logistics, recovery and documentation.
What to have ready
The more precise your details, the faster and firmer our reply. We only need them in full for the actual order; for a first assessment, whatever you have at hand is enough.
About the plant
Name and location, operator or owner of the plant, a current feed water analysis, and the reason for the replacement, that is a planned exchange or an unplanned failure.
About the membranes
Manufacturer and year of manufacture, size and designation, application, the serial numbers of the modules, installation date and planned removal, operating hours, and whether the modules have been drained.
About possible contamination
This is the point that determines the further route. Relevant are heavy metals, toxins, pharmaceuticals, nano components and radionuclides. If a contamination analysis exists, please send it along. If the contamination is unknown, say so. An open statement is better than a guess, because it protects everyone further down the chain.
What happens next
Assessment. We examine which recovery route is permissible and sensible for the material. This qualified evaluation of the options has been at the core of our service since we began.
Labelling and logistics. The modules are clearly identified, we plan the transport and support you in handling them on site.
Collection. The membranes are collected at your site.
Recovery and proof. Recovery takes place through a route bound by EU waste legislation. You receive a confirmation documenting the proper recovery of the material. Up to 85 percent of the returned material is recovered.
